Portraits and AI processing

The studio generator is currently restricted to authorized administrators. Selecting a portrait creates a local browser preview; it is not uploaded until you confirm each photo’s permission and the AI disclosure, then submit.

We process exactly two adult portraits to generate a fictional performance using a fixed 15-second AI motion template. Photos are sent through Kie to Google Nano Banana 2 to generate one additional view per person. Each original and generated view is then sent through Kie to Kling for character binding and video generation. These generated views are estimates, not photographs of a real pose, and may alter details. No separate user upload is required. This is not a real recording. Upload only your own photo or a photo you have explicit permission to use for this purpose. An uploader’s checkbox is a declaration, not independent verification of the other person’s consent.

What this site stores

Our generator does not save original portrait files to its database or public storage. Images pass through server memory to the generation provider. We store task identifiers, template version, authorization basis and wording, policy version, portrait hashes, confirmation timestamp, provider task identifier, generation status, per-stage usage/cost records and private provider result links. While a job is active, private provider links to the original photos and motion template are retained to resume the multi-stage process; these input links are cleared when the process finishes, fails, needs manual reconciliation, or is removed. Supplementary image result links are retained for owner-only review until task removal. Account information is handled by our sign-in service.

Generated supplementary images and video playback are available through an authenticated owner-only endpoint. Provider file links are not included in the public job response. Copies you download or share are outside this access control. Do not publish sensitive content in a report.

Remove a task or request deletion

Use Remove task from this site in your generation history to remove that task’s video and supplementary image links and active status details from our active history. Minimal consent, task identifiers and deletion records remain for auditing and handling disputes. This action does not cancel an already-submitted generation, erase a provider’s copy, remove files already downloaded, or guarantee removal from backups.

We have not verified an immediate remote deletion API for the provider. Provider retention and deletion are governed by its own policies; we do not promise that photos disappear immediately after rendering. Use Content report & deletion request to request follow-up, identify the affected task and provide your contact email. An administrator reviews these requests manually. A submitted request or an internal “resolved” status is not, by itself, proof of provider deletion.

Reports and your choices

You can submit a likeness, copyright or deletion report without an account at /report. We store the email, affected content reference, explanation, confirmation and request status to review and respond to the concern. Do not submit identity documents or additional portraits through this form.

Use the same form to ask about access, correction or deletion of information relating to you. Some minimal records may need to remain for security, legal obligations or disputes. We have not set or implemented an automatic deletion schedule and will not advertise one until it is operational.

Hosting and generated media storage

Cloudflare hosts the service. Generated supplementary reference images and completed videos are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and delivered through an authenticated owner-only endpoint. Original uploaded portrait files are not copied to that bucket. Neon PostgreSQL stores account, authorization and task records. Removing a task revokes site access immediately; if storage deletion temporarily fails, it is queued for another cleanup attempt. This does not erase copies held by AI providers or files already downloaded.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and basic site usage. We do not send uploaded portraits, generated reference images, prompts, API keys or report form contents as analytics event parameters. Automatic enhanced measurement, including form interaction measurement, is disabled for this site's data stream.

The cookie banner lets you accept or reject optional analytics storage. Analytics storage defaults to denied until you accept. Google Consent Mode may still send limited signals without analytics cookies when storage is denied. You can reopen cookie settings to change your choice. Necessary sign-in and preference cookies support the site's operation. See Google's privacy information for Google's processing.

Payments

Waffo Pancake provides hosted checkout as our Merchant of Record. When checkout is used, we send the signed-in account identifier and email address to attribute the purchase. Waffo processes the billing and payment details entered on its checkout. We retain order references, amounts, currency, payment status and transaction identifiers; we do not collect full card numbers or security codes on our servers. Sandbox transactions are simulated and do not grant spendable video allowances.
